Thanks for the quick reply! Where exactly is the relay switch located? Is it in the fuse box, or somewhere else?

It could be a fuse box problem, but in my case, the wiring harness was the culprit. I suggest you take it to a workshop to get it properly checked. I paid 95€ to fix this issue.

I had a similar problem with my Fortuner. The error code pointed to a defective cable or plug connection. Did you check the power supply to the relay switch?
