Electrical could trigger it, but with that mileage and those symptoms, the mount itself is probably worn or failed. Still, inspect the wiring first to rule it out, but prepare for a mount replacement. I'd recommend getting it checked at a workshop.

Spot on. Wiring was fine. Replaced the mount – cost 95€ – and that sorted it. Thanks for the pointers!
