A parking heater preheats the vehicle when it is cold and can circulate the air in the vehicle when it is hot.It can be activated via the air-conditioning control panel, a hand-held transmitter or an app, and can be programmed to start at a specific time.A few conditions must be right for the parking heater to switch on:Outside temperature below 15 degrees, tank filled to at least 25%, functioning battery and no faults in the system.
The auxiliary heater first heats the combustion chamber and continuously monitors the temperature and water circuit.At maximum temperature, it switches to the partial load range and cools down.Fuel is fed to the auxiliary heater in small quantities by a metering pump.
