Ugh, electrical gremlins! Is it just one side, or both? Did you check the bulb itself? Could be a broken lens letting in moisture, shorting things out. Have you tried wiggling the flasher relay? Where even IS the relay in those things, anyway?

Left side, huh? Hmm. And you checked the bulb, so it's not that simple. I'm guessing the relay location is buried somewhere evil. Honestly, with modern cars being so sensitive, and the error codes already popping up, I would just bite the bullet and get it looked at by someone who knows what they're doing before you fry something expensive.
