Fresh air blower problems with the 2015 Renault Megane - experiences and solutions wanted

Hi guys! I have a small problem with my 2015 Renault Megane (gasoline, 33960 km run). Something seems to be wrong with the fresh air blower - just not running properly. Have any of you had similar problems before and can report how it was resolved at the mechanic? I'm a bit worried, as my last experience with the garage wasn't that great. Thank you in advance!

Hey, I recently had a situation like this with my 2012 Renault Tahoe. My blower motor was defective. Had to have it repaired at the garage and they replaced the motor. It was a serious problem because the air conditioning is super important, especially in the hot summer. So, it's best to go straight to the garage and have it checked. Don't stress, they'll definitely get it sorted. Good luck with that!

Hey, thanks for your reply! It helps to know that others have had the same problem. Do you remember how much the repair cost you? And have there been any other problems since then or is everything running smoothly now? Thank you again and let me know!

Hey, since my visit to the mechanic, everything has really been running smoothly. The defect in the fresh air blower was repaired and there have been no more problems since then. The cost of repairing the blower motor was €365. But believe me, it was worth it. Now I can drive again without any worries. Get in touch if you have any further questions! Good luck!

Hey, thanks for the quick reply! It's also worth €365 to me to make sure my Renault is running well again. Your experience gives me more confidence in the mechanics. I will make an appointment later this week and hope everything goes as smoothly as it did for you. If I have any further questions, I will be in touch. You were a great help, thank you again!
