Frontier alarm system communication fault

I am experiencing a siren communication fault with my alarm system on my 2023 Nissan Frontier, gasoline engine, with 166598 km. The error memory stores the fault, rendering the alarm system non-functional. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone encountered this?

Whoa, security breach on a newer Frontier? That's not cool! Is the little security light on the dash flashing like crazy, or is it just totally dead? Did you mess with any wiring recently, like installing a new stereo or something? Maybe try checking the fuses related to the alarm system, could be something simple like that. I'd be pulling my hair out!

The security light is indeed not functioning at all. I have not altered any wiring recently. Could you indicate the specific fuses to inspect for the alarm system?

Alright, no security light, that's even weirder. Thing is, fuse box layouts can be different depending on the exact trim level of your Frontier. Your best bet would be to check your owner's manual. It should have a diagram showing all the fuses and what they control. If the fuses are all good, it really does sound like a wiring issue or maybe even a problem with the alarm controller itself. Honestly, at that point, I'd be tempted to bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. They've got the tools and know-how to trace electrical gremlins like this.

Thank you for your advice. As suggested, I visited a workshop. The defective cable connection was identified and repaired for 95€. The alarm system is now functioning as expected.
