Frost protection of the spray nozzles on an Opel Captiva: experience and solutions wanted

Hey guys, I'm worried about my 2006 Opel Captiva, gasoline engine, which has already done 183889 km. The spray nozzles are frozen, my first thought is that the nozzle heater is going crazy. Have any of you ever had a problem like this and taken it to the mechanic? After my last experience with the mechanic I'm a bit wary. Would be really grateful for your experiences and tips!

Hey, I had a similar problem with my Opel Mokka from 2009. In my case it was the cable connection that was defective. It was really serious because without a working spray nozzle the windshield can't be cleaned and that can be really dangerous. On my last visit to the garage, this was fixed and everything worked perfectly again afterwards. I would recommend you check this too. Have a safe journey.

Hey, it cost me €155 back then to repair the cable connection. But it was totally worth it! The good news is that since I've seen the mechanic, there have been no further problems with the spray nozzle heating. Everything is running smoothly again!
