Fuga Transport Mode Active Issue

I'm having a weird issue with my 2018 Nissan Fuga hybrid. It's showing 'Transport Mode Active' and I'm getting a general electrical malfunction. The navigation system is also completely dead. The car has around 119217 km on it. It’s almost like it thinks it's brand new and still on the delivery truck! I've tried restarting the engine, checking the key fob battery, and even digging through the vehicle settings, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas before I'm forced to take it to a shop?

Interesting. I had a similar problem with my 2020 Volvo XC60 a while back. It wasn't exactly 'Transport Mode,' but the car had a bunch of electrical glitches and the infotainment system was acting up. Do you recall any event that might have triggered this? Maybe a software installation or a jump start?

That's good to know. No software installation that I know of and definitely no jump start. It just sort of happened overnight. Did your Volvo throw any specific error codes, or was it just general weirdness?

It was mostly general weirdness, to be honest. The error codes were vague and didn't really point to anything specific. After a lot of wasted time, I ended up taking it to the Volvo workshop. They hooked it up to their diagnostic system and found some setting that needed to be reset related to the car's initial setup. Sounds similar to your 'Transport Mode' issue. I think that you should go to the workshop.

Thanks! That's exactly what it was. I took it to the Nissan dealer, and they hooked it up to their system. Turns out, the transport mode hadn't been properly deactivated during the initial setup. They cleared it, and everything is working perfectly now. The total cost was 0€ Appreciate the help!
