Fullback power window initialization error
Summary of the thread
After replacing the battery in a 2019 Fiat Fullback, the power windows became inoperable, with an error indicating a window regulator initialization issue. The problem was not due to fuses or wiring, suggesting a need for re-initialization of the window regulators after power loss. The solution involved taking the vehicle to a workshop where the regulators were successfully re-initialized.

Fuses are fine. Wiring looks intact. Is there a specific procedure for these Fiat Fullbacks to re-initialize the window regulators after a power interruption? I'm not finding anything useful online.

While I cannot provide a definitive procedure without access to manufacturer-specific documentation, it does appear that these systems require specialized re-initialization after power loss. Given the potential for further complications and the lack of readily available documentation, proceeding to a qualified workshop for diagnosis and repair would be a sound course of action.

Thanks. Took it to a workshop. They re-initialized the regulators. Cost 290€. Sorted.

That's a peculiar issue following a battery replacement. Have you checked the fuses related to the power windows and the window controls? It's possible a fuse blew during the voltage surge. It might also be worth inspecting the door panel wiring harness for any signs of damage to the window motor and window switch.
