I own a 2019 Fiat Fullback with a diesel engine. The seat heating is defective; it doesn't get warm, and there's an error stored. I suspect a defective seat heating mat. Has anyone experienced this?

Hey, I had a similar issue with my Opel a while back. The seat heater just stopped working. Did you check the fuse for the seat heating circuit? That was the first thing I looked at.

Sure. After checking the fuse, which was also fine, I took it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the heating element in the seat cushion itself that had failed. They replaced it, and it's been working fine since.

I appreciate the information. It seems a visit to the workshop is necessary. I will post the outcome here. The workshop confirmed the heating element is faulty and quoted 390€ for the repair.
