Fusion audio system failure

That sucks! I had something similar happen in my Fusion. Did you try the volume control or Bluetooth connection? Mine was cutting out intermittently before it died completely.

Yeah, I tried the volume and Bluetooth. Even disconnected and reconnected my phone, but nothing. It's like the car speakers are not connected. When yours died, did you also have an error code and did the screen still work?

Yep, exactly the same! Screen worked perfectly, but no sound. I don't remember the exact code, but it was something related to the display unit. I just took it to a workshop. They told me the display unit was defective and replaced it. Cost me a pretty penny.
