Thanks! Intermittent issues are the worst. Where exactly is the relay switch located? And by circuit break, do you mean anything specific in the fuse box? Any guidance is much appreciated.

The relay switch location can vary, check your car's manual. Given your error code and symptoms, and since I had a very similar issue which turned out to be a defective cable or plug connection, I'd recommend having a workshop take a look. This may save you time and frustration.

Appreciate the insight. I'll get it to a workshop and have them check the cable and plug connections as you suggested. Hopefully it won't break the bank. The estimated repair cost is around 95€. Thanks again!

I had a similar problem with my Fusion. Check the relay switch and also have a look at the circuit break. Is the error constantly present, or does it appear intermittently?
