Fusion Hybrid transmission issues
Summary of the thread
A 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid is experiencing transmission issues, indicated by check engine and transmission lights, unclean gear shifts, slippage, and grinding noises. The error memory suggests a defective torque converter lock-up clutch as the cause. A similar case confirmed the automatic transmission converter as the issue, recommending a workshop visit for diagnosis and repair.

Was it indeed the automatic transmission converter in your case? Any details you can share?

Yes, auto transmission converter was the culprit. A costly fix, sadly. I'd advise getting it checked by a workshop ASAP.

Thanks for the confirmation. Looks like a workshop visit is unavoidable. Repair set me back 2120€. Appreciate the help.

Sounds familiar. I have a Fusion too. Experienced similar shifting issues and lights. Was it the auto transmission?
