Fusion Sunroof Initialization

I had similar problems with my Fusion's sunroof. Intermittent operation, then complete failure. Have you checked the sunroof mechanism itself for any obstructions or damage? Sometimes debris can interfere with its operation after coding has been carried out...

Mechanism looks clean. No visible obstructions. Could it simply be a calibration issue after the coding?

Indeed. It sounds like the coding has upset the sunroof module, and it requires re-initialization. As far as I'm aware, you may want to book the vehicle in at a local workshop. I believe it is the only way to fix.
