G Klasse AdBlue System Problem
Summary of the thread
A 2008 G Klasse diesel vehicle is experiencing issues with the AdBlue system, where the dashboard indicates the tank is empty despite being full, preventing the engine from starting. The problem is suspected to be a defective AdBlue output from the tank. A similar issue was resolved by checking and replacing a clogged or faulty AdBlue injector in the exhaust. Following this advice, the defective component was replaced, resolving the issue and eliminating dashboard alerts.

So, the injector that sprays into the diesel exhaust Was it hard to reach, and did you test it, or just replace it

Yep, the one in the exhaust I didn't test it myself I'm not that experienced and didn't want to mess up the emissions control system I took it to a workshop They confirmed it was the injector It cost about 250€ to fix

Sounds familiar I had the same thing happen on my G Klasse Dashboard alert, DEF fluid warnings, everything I was worried about failing emission standards Check the AdBlue injector It could be clogged or faulty That was my problem
