Galaxy AdBlue System Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Ford Galaxy owner is experiencing an AdBlue system failure, with the dashboard incorrectly indicating an empty tank and the engine failing to start. The issue is suspected to be related to the AdBlue output from the tank to the dosing unit. A suggestion is made to check the AdBlue injector for clogs or faults, but ultimately, the problem is confirmed to be a defective AdBlue pump, which requires professional repair.

Thanks for the quick reply! No, I haven't checked the injector yet. Where exactly is it located, and is it something I can easily access and clean myself, or will I need special tools?

Honestly, after fiddling around for an afternoon, I'd say just get it to a workshop. It sounds like the same AdBlue issue. They'll probably tell you the output is defective. Save yourself the headache.

You were spot on! Took it to the shop, and it was indeed the AdBlue pump. Output from tank to dosing unit defective, just like I suspected. Cost me about 250€ to get it sorted. Thanks for the advice!

Sounds familiar. I've got a Ford Galaxy myself, and had similar symptoms with the service light and error codes a while back. Have you checked the AdBlue injector? It might be clogged or faulty.
