It's leaning to one side mostly. I don't hear any obvious hissing.

Okay, with mine, it was leaning too. No hissing either. It was more than just a connection in my case, but maybe you'll be lucky. Get it checked at a workshop. Could be the compressor itself, but hopefully the connection is the problem.

Sounds familiar! I had similar problems with my old BMW 5 series. Is it dropping evenly, or is one side lower?
