I had a similar issue with my 2018 Opel Insignia. The climate control was acting up, and it turned out to be a sensor issue. Have you checked the sensor's wiring harness for any obvious damage or loose connections?

Thanks. Do you know where exactly the connector sits? I'm unsure where to look.

Unfortunately, I don't know the exact location in your Galaxy. In my Opel, it was relatively accessible near the air intake. Given the potential for electrical issues, I'd recommend having a workshop take a look.

Thank you. It was indeed a defective plug connection, a workshop visit was necessary. Repair cost was 95€.
