Hi, I have a 2002 Ford Galaxy with a diesel engine, and the massage function on the driver's seat has stopped working. The switch doesn't seem to do anything. It's completely dead. The massage setting cannot be switched on at all. The error is permanently stored in the error memory, which indicates a definite failure. Any thoughts?

Yep, sounds like what I had. Ended up being a dodgy connection. Honestly, tracing those wires is a pain. Best bet is to take it to a workshop. They'll sort it quicker than you messing about for hours. Cost me about 95€ to fix.
