It's completely dead. The massage setting cannot be switched on at all. The error is permanently stored in the error memory, which indicates a definite failure. Any thoughts?

Yep, sounds like what I had. Ended up being a dodgy connection. Honestly, tracing those wires is a pain. Best bet is to take it to a workshop. They'll sort it quicker than you messing about for hours. Cost me about 95€ to fix.

Thanks for the advice. I suspected as much. I'll book it in with a local garage and get them to check the wiring. Glad to know it's probably just a connection issue and not a completely new seat needed!

Hey there, I had something similar happen on my Galaxy. Drove me nuts! Was it completely dead or just intermittent?
