Connections visually appear sound, no corrosion detected. I don't have the exact error code. Is there a common weak point in the HVAC sensor wiring or plug?

Yes, experienced the same. Connections looked fine to me as well, and I also didn't note the error code, sadly. HVAC sensor wiring is usually well protected. I would suggest you check it on a diagnostic device or head to the workshop. It shouldn't be expensive.

Thanks, indeed it was a defective plug. Workshop repaired it for 95€. Resolved the issue.

I had similar heating issues on my Galaxy, not sure about the year. Check the solar sensor connections - are they corroded or loose? Could be an automotive sensor calibration issue. What is the error code?
