Galloper Climate Control Panel Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2002 Hyundai Galloper owner reported issues with the climate control panel, including low heating output and a non-functional AC, with an error stored in the memory. The problem was suspected to be due to a defective cable or plug connection. A suggestion was made to check the wiring harness behind the climate control panel, as loose connections can cause electronic faults. The issue was resolved at a workshop, where a bad connection was identified and repaired.

Thanks, good shout. When you say similar, do you mean the exact same symptoms, or was it just some of them? Was there anything else going on that you noticed?

Yes, I meant exactly the same symptoms. I'd suggest having a workshop check the power supply to the panel and the wiring to the blower motor if you don't find anything obvious yourself. It can be a real time sink tracing those faults.

Appreciate the advice. I took it to the workshop; turns out you were spot on about the wiring. They found a bad connection and fixed it. Cost me 95€.

I had something similar in my Hyundai Santa Fe (not sure what year). Is the blower motor running at all? Check the wiring harness behind the climate control panel. A loose connection can cause all sorts of electronic faults, like a bad fuse taking out your whole dashboard lighting.
