Gienia auto transmission torque converter issue

I've got a 2018 Honda Gienia with a gasoline engine and I'm having some auto transmission issues. Mileage is around 238789 km. The check engine light and transmission indicator are both on. It feels like the gearbox slips sometimes and the shifts aren't clean. Also, I'm hearing grinding noises when it shifts. I scanned it and it's throwing a code pointing to a defective torque converter lock-up clutch. Seems like the automatic transmission converter is the culprit. Anyone else seen this?

I had similar symptoms on my Gienia. Same auto transmission problems. Was your gearbox slipping?
