Gienia fault memory lock undervoltage
Summary of the thread
The problem with the 2018 Honda Gienia was an active fault memory lock with an error stored in the memory. A possible cause identified was undervoltage, which can affect the ECU diagnostics and active memory. The suggested solution was to check for undervoltage issues, potentially involving the battery or computer system, and to visit a workshop for further diagnosis. The issue was resolved by replacing a module.

Thanks for the tip! By undervoltage, do you mean a battery issue, or something more complex with the computer system?

In my case, undervoltage caused problems with the ECU diagnostics and active memory. I advise you to visit a workshop.

I had a similar issue with my Gienia. Check for undervoltage in the vehicle. It might be the culprit.
