Did replacing the pressure sensor completely fix it, or was there anything else involved? I'm wondering if you did any other diagnostics after replacing the sensor.

Replacing the sensor fixed the problem for me. I took it to a shop, they diagnosed it, confirmed the sensor was the issue, and replaced it. I'd suggest taking it to a shop to diagnose yours.

Following your suggestion, the problem was undervoltage causing a protective shutdown. The repair was fixing the undervoltage and resetting the system. The cost was 240€.

I had a similar HVAC problem in my 2016 BMW 3 Series. Same symptoms: A/C compressor off, no cooling, and error codes about low voltage. The pressure sensor was bad and caused the compressor to shut off as a safety measure. Did you check the sensor?
