Thanks I have a multimeter What voltage is critically low and could cause the heating issue?

If the voltage is below 12.4V after the car's been sitting, the battery might be the problem A load test is best to see if it can still power the car defrost and rear window heating Given the error code and battery cost, a workshop diagnosis might be smart

Sorry to hear about the GLA's problems A weak battery can cause electrical issues, especially with the heating system When did you last check or replace the battery? Got a multimeter? Checking the voltage would be a good start
