GLC Air Suspension Nightmare Help
Summary of the thread
The 2021 GLC Hybrid is experiencing air suspension issues, with the vehicle failing to lift and leaning, accompanied by an error message and low beams being off. The problem is suspected to be related to the air suspension compressor or the load leveling system. Suggestions include checking fuses and connections for loose wires or corrosion, particularly around the compressor near the rear axle. Ultimately, a bad connection on the suspension components was identified and fixed at a workshop.

Thanks for the quick response I'll check the fuses and connections Where is the air suspension compressor located Any tips on what to look for specifically when checking the connections Just looking for loose wires or corrosion

On mine, the compressor was near the rear axle, but check your manual to be sure Yeah, look for anything obvious: corrosion, loose pins, or damaged wires If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, I'd advise taking it to a workshop Could be more complex than a simple connection issue I ended up having them diagnose mine

Appreciate the advice I checked the connections, and they seemed fine Ended up taking it to a shop, and you were right, it was a bad connection on the suspension components They charged 95€ to fix it Thanks again for the help

Sounds familiar I had a similar issue with my GLC, the suspension pump went nuts First thought is to check all the fuses related to the air suspension Sometimes it's just a blown fuse Also, try to locate the compressor and check the connections yourself, might save you some money Are you hearing any weird noises from the compressor before it completely fails
