GLC Headlight Washer Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Mercedes GLC owner experienced issues with both the headlight cleaning system and the windshield washer not functioning. The initial suspicion was a bad cable to the pump or relay. A suggestion was made to check the fuse box, as both systems might share a power source. Upon inspection, a blown fuse was identified and replaced, resolving the issue.

Thanks for getting back to me so fast. I'll check the fuses first thing. My car has LED headlights. Does the headlight type change how the cleaning system works or what problems it might have?

Yes, LEDs can use different voltages. Since both your headlight cleaning and windscreen wash are down, it probably is a shared power issue like the fuse or relay. If the fuse is fine, the pump might be bad. Because it's a 2023, I'd have a shop look at it, since the headlight system can be complicated.

Thanks again for the great advice. I checked the fuses like you said, and you were right! It was a blown fuse. I replaced it, and now both the headlight cleaning and the windshield washer are working like normal. The repair was 165€.

I had something similar on my GLC. Start with the fuse box, that's usually where the problem is. Do you have LED or Xenon lights?
