It's completely dead No massage whatsoever I was hoping it was just a fuse, but the shop said they checked all that before looking at the cable and plug connection of the component I am not sure about the seat motor What was the resolution in your case And did they have to mess with the car upholstery much to get to the seat

Mine was completely dead too They messed around with it for a while, and honestly, I think you should go to the shop It could be the seat motor, the car upholstery or a number of things I vaguely remember them saying something about the plug being loose or corroded, but honestly, it was a while ago If you're not comfortable digging into the seat yourself, I'd just pay the 95€ to get it fixed It's worth it to have that massage chair back, trust me

Thanks for sharing your experience Knowing someone else had the same issue makes me feel a bit better I went ahead and authorized the repair Turns out it was indeed a loose connection, just like they suspected They fixed it without damaging the car upholstery at all, thank goodness Now my massage setting is working perfectly again Appreciate the help

That sounds familiar I have a GLS too, though I can't remember the exact year, and I had a similar issue with my massage function It was driving me nuts Is it completely dead, or does it sometimes work intermittently Did they check the fuses related to the seat motor before quoting you for the cable
