Thanks for the quick reply. The check engine light is on, but I do not have an OBD2 reader to check the error code. With ECU connections, do you mean the cable connections of the battery, or the engine software itself? What is the best way to test fuel injection?

Yes, I was referring to the battery cable connections; check if they are firmly in place. Regarding fuel injection testing, it's best left to professionals unless you have the proper equipment (fuel pressure gauge, etc.) and knowledge. With those symptoms, and the check engine light illuminating, I'd suggest going to the workshop for engine diagnostics.

Thank you for the advice. I checked the cable connections of the battery, and they were indeed loose. After tightening them, the car started immediately. A trip to the workshop was no longer needed. Repair cost was 155€.

Sounds like a crank but no start issue. Have you checked the basics? Fuel injection could be the culprit. Any recent work done, perhaps disturbing the ECU connections? Also, check the check engine light - any codes?
