Thanks. I'll check the battery. Could a weak battery really only affect the rear window heating while everything else seems fine?

Yes, rear window heating pulls a lot of power, so it's sensitive to voltage drops. But with that error code, a workshop visit is a good idea for a real diagnosis.

The problem was the battery. After replacing it, the rear window heating works. Total repair cost was 290€.

I've seen similar things in my Grandeur. Have you checked the battery? A weak battery can mess with electrical systems like the window demister.
