Grandland Fuel Pump Issue
Summary of the thread
The initial issue with the 2022 Grandland X diesel involved a suspected defective fuel pump, causing the engine not to start, stalling at idle, rough running, high fuel consumption, and a check engine light with an error code. The problem was suspected to be related to the cable or plug connection. After testing the relay and further investigation, it was confirmed that the fuel pump was faulty due to a cable/plug connection issue, which was resolved by replacing the connection.

Relay's good, already tested it. Any chance it was actually the pump itself in your case?

Yeah, eventually it was the pump. But given your symptoms, especially the error code, I'd suggest getting it properly diagnosed at a workshop. Don't want to just throw parts at it.

Turns out you were right, the pump was faulty. Cable/plug connection was the culprit. Replaced it, cost 95€. Thanks for the help!

Sounds familiar. Had something similar with my old Audi A4. Ever checked the fuel pump relay? Could be a simple fix before diving deeper.
