Grandland X Audio Failure

Hi, I'm having an odd issue with the audio in my 2023 Vauxhall Grandland X diesel. The system doesn't work at all - no sound from the radio, media, or anything. I've got 111617 km on the clock. Diagnostics show an error stored, but I can't seem to find much about it online. Has anyone else had similar issues with the dashboard controls, volume control or audio quality?

I had a similar problem with my Grandland X. Intermittent audio failure, then eventually nothing. No speaker crackle or anything like that, just dead silence. Have you checked the head unit itself? Any signs of life there?

Thanks for the quick reply! When you say head unit, do you mean checking the fuses or something more involved? I haven't pulled it out of the dashboard yet.

Yeah, check the fuses first, of course. But in my case, it turned out to be a defective display unit. Error memory also indicated this. Best to get it checked at a reputable workshop.
