Grandland X Cooling Issue

My 2017 Grandland X, gasoline engine, is acting up. 232242 km on the clock. Getting incorrect temps on the dash, check engine light's on, and it's taking ages to warm up. Suspect it's related to the cooling grille being restricted. Any ideas?

Sounds familiar! I had something similar happen on my Grandland X. Symptoms were almost identical. Ever checked the fuse? It might sound simple, but a defective fuse can wreak havoc on thermal management. It's like a tiny gatekeeper gone rogue!

Fuse, eh? Which fuse are you talking about specifically? And where would I find it? Not super familiar with the Grandland's fuse box layout.

Yeah, that was it. The fuse for the radiator grille, if you have one. Best to check your manual or even better, pop into a workshop. They can pinpoint the exact one and check if it's blown. It's probably that or some other electrical issue. The bill shouldn't be massive.

Cheers. You were spot on. Took it to the shop, fuse was indeed the culprit. 52€ all in. Runs like new now.
