Grandland X Rail Pressure Sensor Issue

Check engine light, occasional stalls, and reduced power in my 2019 Vauxhall Grandland X hybrid. Diagnostics suggest a faulty rail pressure sensor signal. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sounds familiar. I've got a Grandland X hybrid myself and had almost the exact same symptoms. Did your diagnostics specifically point to the pressure sensor, or is that just a hunch? Before replacing parts, double-check everything else. Did you notice any other strange behavior leading up to this?

The diagnostic tool indicated an intermittent signal from the fuel rail pressure sensor. I'm exploring other potential causes before replacement. What resolved your issue, and did you encounter similar diagnostic readings prior to the final fix?

Right, intermittent signal... That's what mine was throwing up too. I messed about for ages trying to figure it out, checking connections, cleaning things, the usual amateur stuff. In the end, I had to bite the bullet and take it to a workshop. Turns out the sensor was indeed faulty. Cost about 240€ to get sorted. Save yourself the hassle and get it looked at by someone who knows what they're doing. Could be something simple, but these hybrids can be tricky.

Based on your advice, I've scheduled an appointment with a trusted mechanic to assess the fuel rail pressure sensor and related components. It appears that the sensor was defective, and the repair cost was 240€. Thanks; your insights have saved me time and potential frustration.
