I haven't inspected the spark plugs yet. Could the symptoms be from a spark plug malfunction, or is it more likely an ignition coil? Any more details on your experience?

Given your description, I suspect the ignition coil. Replacing the faulty coil pack fixed it for me. But the workshop did the diagnosis. I'd advise you to do the same. It cost me around 95€.

Thanks for the advice. I scheduled a diagnostic assessment, and a defective ignition coil was indeed the problem. Your guidance helped resolve this quickly.

I own a Grandland X too, and your symptoms sound like an issue I had. Rough running, stalling at idle, and the check engine light. Did you check the spark plugs? Are you sure the misfire isn't caused by them?
