Grandland X Uneven Idling Error Code

Thanks! I was thinking the wiring harness too. I checked the visible sections, but everything seemed fine. Do you recall specifically which part of the harness was causing the issue for you? Was it near the mount itself, or somewhere else entirely? Any detail would be very appreciated!

You know, now that I think about it, I didn't dig too deep myself. Once I saw the error code and the rough idling, I just took it to the shop. They mentioned something about a loose connection on the engine mount sensor, and then it was fixed. Honestly, with hybrids and electronics, it's sometimes best to let the pros handle it. It sounds like you're on the right track with the wiring harness.

Thanks a lot! So, I followed your suggestion, scanned the engine mount sensor area, and found a corroded plug connection. Gave it a good clean, but that wasn't enough. Ended up replacing the whole connection, got the part for 95€, and now everything's smooth again. Really appreciate the help!

Hey! I've got a Grandland X as well (though not a hybrid), and I ran into similar trouble last year. Uneven idling can be super annoying! In my case, that error code pointed to the engine mount as well. Have you checked the wiring harness for any damage? Sometimes, those little guys can cause big problems!
