GrandlandX Mirror Heating Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2020 Vauxhall GrandlandX Hybrid experienced a failure in mirror heating, with both mirrors not warming and an error memory indicating a fault. The initial suspicion was a cable or plug connection issue. A similar case suggested checking fuses or the heater element, but the problem was ultimately resolved by addressing a defective connection at a workshop.

Fuses are fine. When yours failed, was it both mirrors at the same time, or just one? What was the cause in your case?

Both went at once, which made me suspect a common point of failure. I took it to a workshop. They sorted it quickly, saving me the trouble of taking the mirror apart myself.

Sounds like I'm heading to the workshop then. I'll post what the issue was once it's resolved. It was a defective connection in the end! 95€ total.

That sounds familiar! I had a similar issue on my GrandlandX. Mirror heating suddenly stopped. Did you check the fuses? It could also be the heater element itself!
