GrandlandX smartphone connection failure

I've got a Grandland X, can't remember the year, and had the same issue. Smartphone connectivity was down, and it threw error codes. Have you tried a different phone?

Right, if it's happening with multiple phones, it's what happened to mine. It was some software glitch. I'd suggest taking it to a workshop. They'll probably have to reset something or read the error properly. That's what I had to do.

Thanks for the advice about a workshop. I'll book it in. For anyone else with this, the repair was 45€ to fix the incorrect pairing with the end device.
