Yes, the coding was indeed related to the central electrics. Did your Renault exhibit the same 'not initialized' error? I'm trying to pinpoint whether this is a common issue after coding.

It didn't specifically say 'not initialized', but the symptoms were very similar the blind got stuck and the roof wouldn't move. In the end, I had to take it to a workshop to get it sorted. It's probably best to get yours checked out too.

Thanks for the insight. It appears I'll have to bite the bullet and take it in. I was hoping to avoid it, but your experience confirms my suspicions. A local garage recalibrated the sunroof for 75€ and it seems to have fixed the issue.

Wow, sounds frustrating! I had a similar problem with my old Renault Megane a while back. The whole sunroof mechanism just went haywire after some electrical work. Was the coding you did anything related to the car's central electrics?
