Completely dead. No flicker. Which fuse specifically controls the seat massage function? Do you remember if yours also stored an error code related to it?

Yeah, mine was totally dead too, and had an error code. Honestly, I didn't check the fuse diagram. I just took it in. Turned out to be a dodgy connector. Saved myself the hassle. Probably best to get yours checked out at a workshop.

I had something similar with my Greiz. Is it completely dead, or does it flicker sometimes? Could be the switch itself or a loose connection under the seat. Check the fuses first, though, just to rule that out.
