Groove rough idle and stalling
Summary of the thread
A 2022 Chevy Groove with high mileage was experiencing rough idling, stalling, and jerking during acceleration, accompanied by a check engine light. The initial suspicion was a fuel injector or fuel pump issue. However, it was suggested to inspect the fuel pressure sensor and its connections. Fuel pressure sensor, huh? I hadn't thought of that. Where is that located, and how can I check the cable and plug connection? Any special tools needed, or is it a simple visual inspection?

The fuel pressure sensor is located on the fuel rail. Visual inspection is a good start. Look for corrosion or loose connections. However, a multimeter is needed to fully test it. If you're not comfortable doing that, I'd recommend a workshop.

You nailed it! Took it to my local shop, and they confirmed it was indeed a defective fuel pressure sensor, specifically the cable connection. Repair cost me 95€. Runs like a champ now. Thanks a million!

Sounds familiar. I had similar symptoms on my Groove. Check the fuel pressure sensor and especially its cable and plug connection. Could be a defective connection. What codes are you getting?
