Groove Seat Heater Failure
Summary of the thread
The seat heater in a 2023 Chevy Groove stopped working, with neither side heating up and an error code being displayed. The fuses were checked and found to be fine. A similar issue in another vehicle was caused by a faulty heating mat, which was confirmed as the problem in this case as well. The recommended solution was to take the car to a shop for repair, as dealing with the seat cushion and electronics can be complex.

Oh really? What was the Opel like to fix? Was it a pain to get to the heating mat?

Yeah, it was the heating mat alright. I'd recommend taking it to a shop. Messing with the seat cushion and electronics can be tricky.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to the shop, and you were spot on. It was indeed the heating mat. Cost me 390€ to get it sorted. Appreciate the help!

Sounds familiar. Had a similar issue with my old Opel Corsa. Seat heating went kaput, and it turned out to be a faulty heating mat.
