GS Hybrid Rough Engine Misfires

Hey Lexus community, my 2010 GS hybrid engine is running rough, the check engine light is on, and I feel jerking during acceleration with reduced power. It has about 108935 km. My mechanic says it's combustion misfires, maybe a bad injector. Anyone else had this?

I had similar symptoms on my GS. Rough idle, check engine light... turned out to be the fuel injectors. Have you checked the ignition coils as well? Those can cause misfires too. It's worth looking at the fuel pump too, though that's less likely.

The symptoms were very similar. Rough running, especially at idle, and the check engine light was on. My mechanic hooked it up to the diagnostic computer, and it showed misfires on specific cylinders. From there, he narrowed it down to the injectors. I'd suggest taking it to a reputable workshop for a proper diagnosis.
