GTR climate control failure

Hey, I'm having a weird issue with my 2021 Nissan GTR (gasoline engine). The climate control panel seems totally dead. I'm getting an error stored in the system memory and the heating isn't putting out enough heat and the AC isn't turning on at all. I've checked all the usual suspects like fuses, but nothing seems out of place. Any ideas?

It's situated on the passenger side, beneath the glove compartment. Accessing it requires removing several trim panels, but I strenuously recommend you abstain from disassembly and take the car to a professional workshop. You lack the requisite experience to fix this issue.
