GTR Faulty MAP Sensor
Summary of the thread
A 2011 Nissan GTR was experiencing issues such as a check engine light, reduced engine power, poor response, and increased fuel consumption. The suspected cause was a faulty manifold pressure (MAP) sensor due to a large vacuum leak. After replacing the MAP sensor and fixing the vacuum leak, the issues were resolved.

Indeed, the intake manifold is my primary suspect. Did replacing the manifold pressure sensor resolve your issues?

While the symptoms were similar, I can't say for sure that it was the exact same thing. Based on your description it could be a faulty MAP sensor, if you are not sure I would advise you to go straight to the workshop.

Thanks, I appreciate the input. It turned out to be a faulty MAP sensor, and after replacing it, along with fixing a vacuum leak, the issues are resolved, costing 235€ including parts and labour.

I also own a GTR and those symptoms sound awfully familiar. I had similar issues. Was it something with the intake manifold?
