GX climate control panel failure

I'm experiencing an issue with my 2022 Lexus GX with a gasoline engine. The climate control panel seems dead. I'm getting an error, the heating output is low, and the AC won't switch on. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection. Has anyone else seen this?

Yes, accessing the connectors requires removing the center console trim, which is a pain. If you're not comfortable, I suggest a workshop. I went to one and they confirmed the issue and fixed the problem with a new connector. It cost me around 95€ to sort it out.
