GX Cruise Control Failure

Hey Lexus community, my 2023 Lexus GX Hybrid is acting up. At 249971 kilometers, the cruise control stopped working. An error message pops up, and the system is inactive. My tool shows an error code. I'm thinking it's a bad cable or plug. Anyone else seen this on their GX?

I drive a GX too. Sounds familiar! I remember I also had cruise control issues. Did the error start after you used the steering wheel controls?

Yeah, the error seems to happen when I use the steering wheel controls. Did yours do the same, specifically with the steering wheel?

Yes, exactly that! It’s probably an actuator fault. I suggest going to a workshop for proper diagnostics.

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a workshop, and they think it's a defective cable or plug, like I suspected. Cost me 95€ to fix. Thanks again!
