With my Volvo, there was a fuse box in the engine compartment and another inside the cabin. The owner's manual should have a diagram. Look for anything related to the suspension control module or adaptive dampers. If you're seeing error codes, it's probably best to get it checked out by a workshop. Could be something more serious.

Thanks for the guidance. I took it to a mechanic. It was the cable or plug connection, as suspected. Repair cost was 95€. The issue is now resolved.

I had something similar with my old Volvo XC90. Car felt like it was bouncing, and ride comfort was awful. It was an issue with the adaptive suspension. Did you check the fuses? That was the first thing my mechanic suggested.
