GX Emergency Call System Error

Hi, I have a 2023 Lexus GX hybrid with about 169648 km. I'm getting an error related to the emergency call system. The error is stored in the memory, I see an error message in the speedometer, and there's a warning light. Any ideas?

I didn't diagnose it myself. Based on the stored error code and symptoms, the workshop identified it as a likely cable or plug connection problem. They replaced the defective component. I'd suggest a visit to your trusted workshop.
