GX Mirror Heating Defect

I own a 2009 Lexus GX with a gasoline engine. The mirror heating is defective. Symptoms include non-functional mirror heating and an error stored in memory. The mileage is 61886 km. I suspect a defective cable or plug connection.

I have a GX as well. Had a similar issue. Any recent work on the doors? Sometimes those connections can get knocked loose, like a kink in a garden hose.

No recent work. Where exactly should I be checking these connections? Is there a specific area or plug that's more prone to this?

From my experience, it is best to go to a workshop. They can easily inspect the cables. If the wiring and connectors are ok, the heater element is likely faulty.
